Despite the negative reviews or low rating. I ordered two pepperoni pizzas for delivery and the pizzas were good. Everything is cooked well, it’s hot and fresh. I forgot to leave instructions for the driver but he still managed to find my place quickly.

we eat here all the time. I live right around the corner from. I placed my order online for a plan ahead. my order was ready 15 minutes before it was suppose to be. i then called to add another pizza, was placed on hold for 5-8 minutes and I hung up & called again: she told me, it would be ready in 30 minutes. we get there, and we’re still waiting. a total of 45 minutes waiting. go back in there and my pizzas are all sitting there. I get home. all my food is COLD. the pizza I had to wait 45 minutes for, is cold. not even cut. it’s soggy and not even crispy. so disappointed.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Waited 1 hour 15 min. Decided to call and ask for a replacement order so that I could pick it up. Cameron wouldn’t let me speak with the general manager. Wouldn’t give me her name, ” cuz uh I don’t know if I can”. Left me on hold and refused to duplicate my order. Absolutely the worst. These kids these days don’t care and to have a “General Manager” on site hearing the conversation and not trying to resolve the situation is insane. The government will pay you to go home a sit there, so go do it and leave the jobs in the service industry for those who want to serve. That $40 cash tip went straight back in my pocket. Thanks Cameron and thank you General Manager, to afraid to step up and make a situation better.

Ordered car side because i had sleeping kids in the car, no one ever came to bring my pizza once my order was ready, I called and No one picked up the phone even though I could see the cashier at the register. I got out the car, picked up my order to get home to dry pizza and an even drier chicken “alfredo” literally all noodles.

First order was an hr late, cold, the wrong pizza and it was burnt. I called and they offered to send another one. The second one was the same wrong pizza again. This time the pizza also had a long hair in it. This was for someone’s birthday. Don’t buy from this location.

Waited an hour for them to finish quality check. When I called to ask why, they told me “it’s in the oven” and I asked how if it’s already in quality check, to which he replied “it’s out for delivery”. Both lies. Not sure if he was just confused, or lying to cover his behind. Regardless, these people NEVER make the orders on time, and the orders are usually very low quality. It’s a shame dominos defaults to this location for delivery. The one on Evers has crackheads that hang out and harass customers at night, so I guess Leon Valley is not the place to visit dominos.
