Used to like this domino’s but after my last experience I probably won’t be returning, the manager David was rude and kept arguing with me when I told him to cancel my tip on the receipt he says I’ll have to charge the transaction again so you’ll be charged again in order to cancel the tip. He needs to be better trained he didn’t even know who had GM was.

I got charged 3 times for delivery of a large pizza. When figuring out my monthly payments and Budget, I saw the one on the phone charged first. Then when I called to see the progress. I got charged again. Then the delivery girl charged me a 3rd time.

Placed my order at 12pm for delivery. Two hours later no pizza. Called Dominos and Austin the manager told me it was still there, I replied asking him to keep it there because I would pick it up. I get there, no pizza. So now I have to wait for a whole new order. Austin was sarcastically nice. Got home, he gave me the wrong order. I will never order from here again. terrible customer service. Even worse manager.
