I ordered my family pizza online to pick up in store. It was Christmas eve I showed up 15 mins before closing to pick up my already ordered and baked pizzas . I was greeted with annoyed stares and a “uh were closed. …” yes my hair is blonde. I felt stereotyped. I felt a burden picking up pizzas I paid for. And pre ordered online. SOME BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER CUSTOMER DIRECTION IN SHOP IS NEEDED IN THE ESTABLISHMENT! Employees shouldn’t be so dismissive. A simple hello welcome would suffice. And a how can I help you….. do people even still do that…..walk into a dominoes and place an order……who even does that ….SMH

This the 3rd time I order something and they get it worng.. Then I have to sit outside for another 15min to get my order right .. Ordered online 5/9/2022 paid $24.14 for a salad for $6.99 and a thin crust pizza $6.99 with pepperoni and sausage. I wish I had read the review before I ordered from this dominoes. I guess I was foolish to think that Domino’s nationwide pizza would taste the same unfortunately it doesn’t in Texas. I contacted the corporate office hopefully they’ll look into all of these RGV locations.

Got my order wrong. Hadn’t had Dominoes in a long time. Remembered why. What happened to this company!? It’s so bad. Frozen pizzas from HEB are actually better. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

I love Dominos pizza but everytime I place my order for extra cheese and sauce they forget to make it as i order and give me regular pizza. Pizza is good but why let us choose extra toppings if your not gonna give us extra toppings on our orders.
