Remember the days when Domino’s guaranteed your food would be delivered within 30 minutes? Those days are dead in Rio Grande City. You can rest assured your delivery driver will stop at so many places on the way to your house that your food will be soggy and unfit to eat. Your frustration will build as you watch your delivery time pushed further and further into the future. Since the food is mediocre at best, you’re probably better off choosing somewhere else.

I don’t know how hard it is to read an online order. I’m not picky or specific, either. When I ask and pay for onions, I kinda want that on my pizza. And when I ask for bacon and tomatoes on my boneless chicken, it doesn’t mean I want spicy buffalo. Is hooked on phonics still a thing? I’m not about to drive back into town for a “sorry, sir” #qualitycontrol EDIT: I have since continued my patronage at this location and they’ve gotten all my online orders correct so I will adjust my rating. Once, I was rude and honked bc my carside delivery was taking long, but the kind lady explained I had to click “I’m here” in my browser so they know. My bad! I’ve been tipping more ever since… Try the pan pizza; I usually don’t like it too bready, but dam, it’s good.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Pizza made incorrectly and delivered cold. Person on phone claimed to be the manager Maricruz yet driver gave me names Leslie and Briana. They demanded I bring the cold pizza to the store if I wanted another one. I asked for my money back and told me to bring everything. They sent driver to pick up the cold order. The only way they would refund my money. Never again.

Called for a delivery but was told that it would be at least an hour. No problem, I’ll just get carry out instead and was told a 20 minute wait. I show up to the store in 10 minutes, a bit early I know. But NO one ever bothered to say hello or ask me if I was there to pick up or asked to take my order. I waited for over an hour, it wasn’t till the delivery driver showed up that I was asked what I wanted to order. I let him know that I was there for a carry out. Lo and behold my order was just sitting there on the racks for who knows how long. Then he can’t even input my card information right, at which point I can no longer keep my composer. I just take my card back and walk out. Never yelled or said any profanities. Never going here again. Utter incompetence on so many levels.
