We ordered two pizzas and boneless wings. The pizzas were fine but the wings! All of the ‘wings’, really nuggets, were all cut. It’s almost like they were cut to make the 8 in the order. I found mates in my mix. Was the store running low and needed to spread the number? We will not be ordering those again.

Last night, ordered on their app. Several orders of wings & cheesy bread. The order took an hour but that was fine with us. When the driver arrived, he was terrified to tell us they were out of wings. We were in shock as he handed us the boxes. Turns out they sent us HALF our order. We took the whole order back to them & got a refund & asked why someone could not have just called us. The manager said they were too backed up. Seven or eight employees & not one of them could take 30 seconds to call us to tell us only half our family could eat? And sadly, the manager put it on the driver to take the heat. A simple phone call to ask what else we would like would have been so easy. Ten years ago, this place ran like clockwork. Now, it’s shocking that it can be this big of a mess.

Doesn’t ever get your order right. Will never come the phone to fix it. I just waited over an hour for someone to answer the phone because they got my order wrong again and they never answered. At this point I’m just going to stop tipping, what’s the point of giving a 30% tip when they never get it right in the first place and never fix it when it’s wrong?
