I placed my order and paid on my phone. I had to go and pick up my order because they don’t deliver to my city. I arrived by the time they said the order would be ready. I texted to let them know I had arrived for curbside delivery. It was probably close to 10 minutes before an employee brought out my order. I took my pizza, and the guy was still standing by my car. He tried to hand me a pen for me to sign the receipt. I told him I was not signing the receipt because I had already paid online. I am not going to be charged twice. Imagine my surprise when he said, well, don’t you want to leave a tip? I said, “I am not leaving a tip, and I am not signing your receipt.”

THE WORST LOCATION. Save your time and look up Bella Sera for pizza instead. I wish I could give this location less than zero stars. Be fully prepared to wait at least 2 hours for the worst customer service you’ll ever experience. Ended up canceling my order after waiting over an hour to be told they hadn’t even started it and it would be at least another hour before we got our pizza. Then couldn’t even provide me with a refund receipt to ensure they actually refunded our order! What kind of franchise even is this? Absolute joke. Just go to Bella Sera. At least it’s local and decent!

What happened to Domino’s Pizza?? Decades ago they had a decent pizza, now it’s just a greasy mess with hyper processed ingredients. A frozen BOLA pizza from the grocery is 1/2 the price & 4 times better.

This location is for lack of a better description, poorly managed, understaffed, and always messes up my order. Once literally flung our delivery pizza onto porch, once called and told me I needed to come pick up my delivery order cause they had no drivers. I had to argue with them for a refund. Regularly doesn’t deliver on 2 minute carside promise, yet stops timer in their favor to not have to give me free pizza. As soon as pizza hut opens I won’t be using dominos anymore.

These poor folks are severely understaffed consistently. If any managers or franchise owners are reading, you’ve got to get in there and help your people out. A single girl running a store in tears with no managers onsite is a clear sign of a poorly run business.

Wow my mom was told that Marble Falls Domino’s does not deliver specialty pizzas. I thought that’s what you specialized in. Lol. So we couldn’t get the cheeseburger pizza delivered so we got one with everything on it. Delicious but still incredibly disappointed that this small town business is treating customers this way. That’s the part that disturbing me.
