I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:30 for delivery for my kids, my friend and me. My estimated delivery time was 20-29 minutes…2 hours pass by…try calling, and cannot get through due to technical difficulties on their end. I never receive any kind of call to let me know what is going on. We decide to leave and go get food because we are all SO hungry. We get back by 9:15, still no pizza. I leave my friends house and she calls me and tells me it arrives at 9:30 (3 hours later) and it’s completely cold and burnt. This is the 2nd time Domino’s has completely disregarded me as a customer. Had a similar situation happen before where the delivery guy delivered my pizza to the WRONG house! Ugh!!

Had my order messed up more than once. If you call after a certain time under the option “not placing an order” they just won’t answer the phone. Waited like two minutes for my food to be handed to me even though it was ready but the person working was distracted on their phone. Went home and the pizza was the wrong one. How hard is it to verify every pizza with the receipt? Pretty frustrating carryout experience. I shouldn’t have to call 3 times in order to get a refund so I’m not even gonna bother.

My pizza came out extremely oily and the staff on 10/12/21 would not remake me a new one . They offered me napkins to soak up the oil but refused to make me a new pizza. The second picture is the pizza after soaking the oil up . Completely unacceptable . Management should know better than that.

Dominos always come to the rescue. I’m a truck driver and I had a blowout. Road service wasn’t coming till 5am. I was hungry and they came to deliver to me on i35 I was 4 miles away. This is the 3rd time from different towns that they came to deliver to me. Pizza Hut said they couldn’t cuz they needed a physical address. I love you dominoes.

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza from this place a few months ago. The service was pretty solid and it showed up to my door in a reasonable time. I would have rated this five stars but dude who designed that pizza must have been from a different dimension of taste. Mustard as a pizza sauce base? That’s downright disrespectful to the concept of taste. I must have been in a fugue state to have ever thought mustard on a pizza sounded like a good idea. I’m glad to see it’s not on the menu anymore.
