My pizza that I ordered and my dessert we’re both great. My complaint is with the staff that was working Friday night. They were not extremely busy I was the only person in line to pick up my order and there was no customers inside ordering at that moment. However for different employees saw me sitting at the window none of them made eye contact with me I could tell that they were trying to figure out which one of them was going to hand me my food. It was clear none of the ladies wanted to About 5 minutes of just sitting there staring in the window, a young male employee open the window and just looked at me I said my name that I had an online order, he picked it up on the counter right beside him, handed it to me, shut the window and walked off. He never spoke and he certainly did not try to hide the fact that he did not want to hand me that pizza box. I know everybody has bad days and not to judge a place on one bad encounter but I’m in no hurry to pickup a pizza from Dominos.

Man I’ve had enough of dominoes.their pizza is literally nasty the makeline needs more training!! The pizza sauce is always on the crust and they add too dang much of it too and the pizza is burnt most of the time .this is not the first time that I’ve had this messy burnt pizza gross ! I hope they start working on making better pizza

We live 30 minutes out of plainview and grabbed some pizza and cheesy bread before we left. Our fault for not checking before driving off, but when we got home we noticed the dough was still raw! And no dipping sauce either. Called to see if there was anyway they could give us a future discount or something since we can’t eat it, but they said we would need to take it back (1 hour plus gas money) and they would give us another. Other than that there was nothing they could do even if we sent pictures/videos. Haven’t had a problem before, but this dough was almost completely raw ☹.

Pick up a pizza only to come home and see that it hardly has any cheese. So I call and they literally want me to go back across town (22 blocks away) to show them before they even make another. I dont want to sit and wait…again. So for that I don’t get anything. Not even a discount on a future order. So I have to eat this pizza with one blob of cheese…..
