I had the most horrendous experience with this location. My children ordered some food for dinner and the driver got lost (his words) they remade the pizza and went to deliver it again and “couldn’t find the right house” again drivers words, so at the end of the night their order was never delivered. I called the next morning and spoke to a employee claiming to be a manager by the name of Summer who told me she couldn’t find our order when my card was charged and even when she did find it after looking and looking she said she couldn’t do anything about the situation because she wasn’t sure who my kids spoke to. After that she offered to make an new order and deliver it and I informed her we did not need the order anymore I would just like a refund, she said I could get a refund and the night manager who overseen the deliveries the night before would refund me when I give him all the same information. I spoke to the night manager Cody who did not have the time to resolve my situation at the moment when I expressed to him that I have waited long enough to have this situation resolved he then told me he was not giving me a refund because they made and went to deliver our order twice even though the driver could not find the address he said it’s our problem he was not going to do anything about it. I then asked for his employee ID number so I can speak to corporate about the situation and he said he does not have one, then I asked for his last name and he refused to give it to me. His demeanor was atrocious and his lack of customer service and customer satisfaction was sickening. I will never understand how a “manager” could be so cruel to any customer. Why wasn’t the situation resolved before they closed the whole situation is just revolting. I do not recommend going to this store.

If I could give a this place a 0 I would. The driver “marked my pizza as delivered on accident” and after calling several times they kept giving us the run around and according to them they attended delivery and Noone answered. when my door has been open and I also have cameras surrounding my home and NOONE ever showed up or even drove by my home.
