Friendly staff even when I wasn’t so friendly! Quick to help resolve issues with our order. …like when our pizza gets “delivered” to an old address even though the app appears to have the updated address on our end… They corrected this for me and we were still able to enjoy our hot pizza and bread sticks!

I placed an order for delivery today and either the system or I got the delivery address wrong so someone got free pizza on my dime. Anyway, it took a few phone calls to figure out how to get my food redelivered. Initially I was upset because I’m not home and needed to feed those who are but Zavier at the store was nice enough to offer an apology, a refund (that will take several days) & a credit so I could use it immediately. Second time around the food arrived to the right place from the correct store location. I really appreciate the way they handled my issue especially considering it wasn’t necessarily their fault for the issue either. Thank you for the great customer service!

Ordered PEPPERONI PIZZA and 45 minutes later got a CHEESE PIZZA. Called to inform of wrong delivery. They said they would correct order but they delivered another CHEESE PIZZA! I’M DONE. Delivery staff were courteous thus the one star otherwise, it would be ZERO!

I spent 32 dollars on a delivery have the driver a good tip opened the pizza and it looked as if it had been used for frisbee tried using the satisfaction guarantee on the app and it just gives a coupon for 20 percent next order

This Domino’s is always my good-to spot to pick up and carry out a good pizza, especially with the $7.99 Carry Out deal they have on their app and online. The pizza’s pretty good…though I really wished the cheese stretched out more. I feel like I’m missing something without that big stretch.
