Normally is no issue to order from this location but today my order was wrong. Found out after getting home. Come back to get it replaced and showed the lady the Order recurring receipt on my phone as she told me she made it how she was supposed to. Showed again, zoomed in. Add i pointed to “right no cheese ” she proceeds to tell me to stop being rude to her. I never said anything to her about the issue beyond handing the pizza, showing the receipt and yet I’m being rude. She then proceeds to go print a paper from inside and bring it back out to show me as I again show her the receipt I have in my hand…… it wasn’t until after all of this she finally said she will remake it and go inside.

The staff on hand were very accommodating in making my request happen. Customer service is a lost art, but they managed to make me feel like it was no problem that I like my pizza cut like a weirdo. Cudos to you guys.

today they got my order totally backwards, ordered hand tossed half cheese, half pep/pineapple, was given a thin crust square cut pepperoni. i’m now waiting on them to remake my order, and three cars have now come and gone amidst my wait.
