Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Used the app to order pizza and a salad for car side pick up. Waited over two minutes, received the wrong pizza and received an EXPIRED Ceasar salad. Order date 5/25 expired salad was dated 5/24 and boy was the salad expired. We didn’t notice until we got home. So we had to go back. Had to wait for the manager, manager seemed like he didn’t care. Asked for a refund but was denied one. But was offered another salad. At what time of day are expiration dates checked? The app also says checking your order for quality. I guess they skipped this step for our order. Worst 28 dollars spent.

The friendly staff was pretty busy the Friday I went in to place a somewhat big order of 2 large specialty pizzas, 5 pasta bowls and a marble brownie. Unfortunately I had not taken notice that the pastas were all missing the chicken until the following day that I was going to eat my bowl. Had I noticed or had my children or parents told me theirs were missing the chicken too I could have gone back to the restaurant to have the situation remedied. The following day my only recourse was sending a message to customer service and they graciously took care of the situation in a very timely manner. I received a phone call from the store manager a few days later apologizing for the discrepancy and offering credit for the bowls. I’m aware of how busy a restaurant can get especially on a Friday evening and mistakes can happen. I am grateful for how the situation was handled in the end. Will still be going back to this particular location because other than the chicken situation i experienced, the service is fairly quick and friendly and the food is good!

they’re always messing up the order, and never follow directions. I’ve been calling since 5:10pm and they keep putting me on hold then getting upset because I’m upset that they’re incompetent. You’re telling not one single person in this facility speaks English? I find that hard to believe since that’s their customer base. If you don’t like your job quit and get a new one.

Called from the red roof inn hotel just the other side of interstate 10 to place an order and they absolutely refused to deliver to this hotel it’s 11 minutes away I would rate zero stars if possible.. will never ever call or use this location ever again.
