My food always arrives hot and I have never had an issue with my order. I really appreciate my driver Rosa. She is punctual and always arrives with extra plates and napkins. My coworkers often eat while they work so that extra thought from her is appreciated. I am always happy when she is my delivery driver. She really goes the extra mile and is an excellent representation for Domino’s.

The guy that made our pizzas did perfect with both of ours. Ample sauce, full cheese coverage, and plenty of pepperoni & jalapeno. I don’t know if he’s the manager but he’s always doing great. He’s a taller guy with glasses & chill style but he’s a wizard at making good pizzas in a hurry.

First experience was good. Nothing to wow us. The second was just poor. Ordered online and it said done in 30 to 35 min even though when initially starting the order it said 12 min. No big deal. So we waited. And notice the update bar never left natalie or whoever was prepping the order. Keep in mind from the moment we placed the order to 25 minutes later she had done nothing but prep the order. So we decided to head over assuming the site was wrong. We get there and ask about the order. .hmmm no it’s not ready. So we sit in our car for another 20 minutes. Checking my phone, the pizza is still in the prep mode by this natalie worker supposedly. We go back in the store and notice that their screen for orders doesn’t even have our name on it. We ask again and after a look around their tiny store amazingly there is our order. And had been done for a while. BTW, as per the website. Natalie was still prepping our order at least 6 hours later with several refresh.

Please treat your employees better. Anyone I’ve ever talked to on the phone here sounded like they were on the verge of suicide and I was too sad to even eat afterward. They need better wages, compensation, and work environment. I worked at a different dominos; living with my mom the ~$80 per night was fine. I had a decent time at my job and seeing my coworkers. But I had some coworkers who lived in their car. People were in a good mood at my location though. I am worried for the people at this one. And it’s been like this every time I try this location.

This place is terrible waited two hours for cold pizza. Called talked to savanna says she’s a manger but her attitude says something else. I never complain never but two hours for cold pizza seriously!!!! 50$ on cold food poor customer service and just terrible management!!!!! Never will I ever have dominos ever again. Put in a complaint to corp also called TIPS INC and spoke to buddy who is very high up and explained the situation. I would like a call from the GM because this is horrible. I’ll tell everyone never to order from here!!!
