Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. After an issue from a previous order on 7/4, I was told by the night manager that she would notate 2 free pizzas on our account. Today I tried to use this credit and was told that 1. The person who told me this quit and didn’t notate anything 2. Her offering this due to an issue with the driver and our cancelled order goes against their policy.

I changed my score from 5 stars down to 1. Something changed at this store, and they have lost me as a customer of over 15 years. They can not get an order right for anything. I put in special instructions, and call the store to remind them to follow the special instructions, they still screw up the order. Out of our last 10 orders, they screwed up 9 of them. Why allow a customer to insert special instructions, if you don’t bother to follow them? Anytime we want pizza we now put a self rising crust pizza in the oven from King Soopers. Goodbye.

We ordered 2 pizzas. One Gluten Free Crust. I asked for contactless delivery. After a wait an order was delivered. Totally wrong order. Call Domino’s and they said there was 2 orders on my street. “Keep the food and we will get your original order out Asap”.. ok, no biggie….but then…it took even longer for our actual order (about and hour and a half since originally ordering)….and both pizzas were literally cold when they arrived. I contacted this store via their feedback button and they never responded. 40.96$ down the drain.

Good pizza place! I suggest tip drivers more cause it is hard to work in the food industry nowadays. Not no “back in my day” people need to respect workers. Too many greedy rich or scum bags out here complaining about fast food pizza. Anyways be good to the people that work there while you sit at home!

Terrible customer service. Ordered at 10:50 when online said 20-30 minutes. Pizza was delivered hard and cold at 12:30! After speaking to the manager for a refund, she said “she doesn’t do refunds, and then hung up on me.” Was completely rude and just didn’t care.

1st the delivery guy brought the wrong order. I made him aware of it and he said he delivered my order to someone else. He then calls the person he delivered my food to and says it wasn’t touched or eaten or anything. I’m ok with it, mistakes happen. He brings back my correct order only to find out the pizza was WAY underbaked. Every bite of pizza was filled with raw dough making it inedible I had to throw it out. DEFINITELY would not recommend.

Domino’s is middling pizza at best. Ordinary toppings with blandly sweet sauce. But this crew makes it skillfully and briskly. They are cheerful and friendly besides. Toppings are decently portioned and OK quality (except of course, they don’t offer anchovies, which loses points). Online ordering is available.
