Make sure you check your delivery order for any dipping sauces you ordered, either online or over the phone. This is the 5th time this store has forgot to put our dipping sauces in with our order and we’ve called multiple times to let them know and it keeps happening. Very very frustrating! And their solution is to just have an “available” driver drive it out to us when they’re in the area….really? We’ve done that before and it took another 30 minutes to get the sauces, and by then the food was already eaten. How about you have your drivers keep extra things like that in their car? That’s what I used to do, just in case. Very disappointing and super frustrating, especially since we’ve reached out to the store each time and nothing changes. On top of that, the thin crust pizza we ordered was very burnt on the outside edge of the entire pizza. This location has really gone down hill.

We have not ordered from Dominos in more then 3 years. Today we did. The order was complete, promptly delivered and hot! The garlic knots were delicious, I had not had them before and they were just like I like them, soft, hot and lots of garlic. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Just wanted to give a shout out to the team working tonight and to say thank you. Walked in to order carry out and they, like all places, were short staffed. Manager on duty was incredible at multitasking and making sure everyone was taken care of. As an apology for our wait, which wasn’t too long, he offered us free cheesy bread. Just remember to be patient and kind to all our food service workers. Hot and Delicious pizza too.

This place is 4 min from my apartment, so convenience was the main factor in buying the first few times. But i have had several occasions at this store where the manager or a worker showed kindness to me, whether it was a free ranch cup when i forgot to add it to the order, or someone on the phone trying to make my order as cheap as possible. I would give zero star if I could. Ordered delivery at 11:10 pm with an ETA of 22 minutes. I never got my pizza. Called the store twice and was told it would be here shortly. I was charged for the pizza. The store is now and I never received it. This is the 3rd time you have closed with an order pending. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
