I made an online order through the app for specific time to pick up my pizzas. Adding a few more people to our kids party we were having I called and added a couple of more pizzas to the order with plenty of time. When I had arrived at the designated time I had selected. The gentleman informed that they had not even started on the order. Whoever edited the order when I called back to add pizzas forgot to send it back through. I purposely gave no emotion or any kind of cue. These gentlemen or fast and efficient very apologetic and took care of me. They owned up to the mistake and still made the pizzas good and fast. I highly recommend this location for their honesty.

I hate it when they cute up my large pizza into squares. Ok ok i get it its catchy or “Kewl” but a pizza NEEDS TO BE SLICES NOT SQUARES. Maybe i should of told them but i didnt know that was a must do befor ordering. ill prob maybe go back but not for a while prob when there no other place open then ill be desprite and shop there again but yo u dont make my pizza into SQUARE PIECES u REaLLY MESSED UP

Manager flat out lied to me. Said my order was lost when it was sitting in the warm area and they never sent it out for delivery. When pizza got here it was horrible. Will never order from Stroh Ranch store again. If mgr can lie that easily then they don’t value my business.

What a garbage Domino’s location! Delivery times are just outrageous, delivery fees are now 6.29(FOR WHAT?!), no deliveries under 20.00 and just poor customer service. Wish this one would close so we could be served from the good Domino’s location in Parker. Loyal Domino’s customer for YEARS and this location made it clear, Papa John’s will be our go to from now on.
