Used my free pizza coupon and ordered my pizza. Showed up to pick it up, girl at the register was quick and polite but…. Got home with my pizza and everything tasted sour like the sauce and cheese may have gone bad. The cheese was also spread out to the edges with almost nothing in the middle, and even the edges didn’t have much Called to make a complaint and the shift manager at the time was dismissive and a complete b**** and also didn’t check to validate the ingredients in which she said that if they remade the pizza it would be the same ingredients and would “probably taste the same”, then the manager hung up on us with out an apology or any kind of sympathy to the situation. We lost our coupon for a free pizza, which we spent hard earned money on to earn through the app, and the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had with dominos, and I used to work for this company…… my order was made 5/21/23 around 330pm for any management reviewing this

This place is a joke. Management was awful, ingredients tasted sour and expired and when I explained that they told me they could remake it but the ingredients would be the same so it would taste the same. Asked why she (the manager) wouldn’t address the awful tasting ingredients and she told me “they would have noticed if they were expired” without even taking a second to taste, look at or examine them. She then proceeded to HANG UP on me without even an apology about our experience.

Horrible customer service. The delivery boy brought part of my order up to my apartment and then asked if I could walk down to his car for my drink I ordered so he would have to finish is job and walk back up the stairs. Then he proceeds to drive off because I said no I would follow a stranger to their car!! Took a phone call and 20 minutes later he SLAMS on my door then runs off like a little kid. This is a new store that recently opened that is closer than my normal store I guess and this is the first delivery I’ve gotten from them and they already messed up! In the 8 years I’ve lived here I’ve frequently ordered from my “old” store and have only had a couple issues and now this new store messed up with my first delivery from them! Looks like I’ll be doing carryout from my old store instead!

I’ll continue to drive to a Lakewood store. 1st order at the Bear Valley store and it was terrible. The dough was gummy, over proofed I think, and undercooked. It was ready fast. The staff was less than friendly when I went in. Even the toppings seemed off. It just was not good.
