What can I say. It’s Domino’s. I don’t have really high expectations. But if you like their Pizza you do. If you like cornmeal on the bottom of your crust, then you do. The only problem I’ve had with Domino’s is that occasionally Salvador Dali decides to cut their Pizza. I’m not sure what shape that was supposed to be, but it’s still edible. 🙂

This used to be a solid place to get some quick QUALITY pizza. Even for a Dominos… That is definitely no longer the case. The team exhibits zero customer service skills. The quality went from 10/10 arrived as ordered to 3/10. If you like having to call the restaurant several times to fix an issue then this place is for you. I will absolutely not be returning.

This is the Domino’s location closest to me, so by default when I order Domino’s it goes here, and I keep it that way since I want my food to arrive hot. A few orders ago, they forgot all my sauces. A couple orders ago, I received a literal hair in my pizza pie. It’s been several months since that order and I’m low on groceries with a coupon in the mail, so figured the hair was a one time fluke and I’d try again. This time, I order a 5-topping $20 specialty pizza, and receive a plain regular pepperoni. The employee Logan completely delivered the entirely wrong order to me. Then when I call to inform the local store so they can perhaps do something about it, the girl on the phone just replies, “Happens sometimes.” This location is by far the worst Domino’s I’ve ever experienced consistently, ever. Very dissatisfied.

We love Domino’s and have never had a problem ordering and getting great service! However tonight when I was trying to order dinner I was sent through the “Call Center” with this you are actually calling to a place in the Philippines and in turn you are not aloud to add or remove anything and my Biggest Complaint with this process is I was charged more money than ordering directly from the store.

Literally just pick up our carryout at 5:50pm on Sunday. Order came out to $35. I gave the cashier, a red head girl a $50 bill and she said out of disgust and frustration that we usually never accepts 50’s. It was only $15 in change back to me. Are you for real? It’s a pizza place on a busy night at dinner and there were 4 other customers behind me and you can’t cough up $15 in change. And it’s the way you said it. Maybe this job isn’t for you. Get real.
