I’ve been going to this Domino’s for years, and lately, the customer service hasn’t been professional or attentive. The last 3 visits I’ve selected curb side pick up, and they are to come out within 2 minutes or your pizzas free. 1. They turned off the timer, 2. They messed up my order and turned off the timer 3. They never came out. The pizza is decent, but the 3rd most recent visit, it was cold.

Driver forgot to bring dressing for my salad, I didnt complain, we had some in the breakroom. However, he came back with another salad and dressing and apologized. Awesome customer service!!! I ordered and received a burnt pizza I called immediately and the girl was helpful and understanding. According to the app it shows who made it ( Alex) and show a quality check! Apparently, it was done no was my last pizza I ordered last week it was missing the mushrooms. I am going to visit another domino’s this one misses steps and I really don’t care for burnt pizza!

This Dominos always makes my food fresh and has it delivered extremely fast. The workers there are super friendly and always courteous to me. They delivered my food when there was snow on the roads and my car was unavailable and they got it here in no time after I placed it.
