Ordered and delivery time was supposed to be 40 minutes no big deal but the tracker said it wasn’t even prepped called just to check & they said it was going in oven & they were short staffed. I can understand that too but when my wife how much longer the young man on the phone became rude. We’ve ordered many times and it seems to keep getting worse. Definitely done.

The food at dominoes is good, but the in store environment is terrible. Three or four times I’ve been in the store with my friends, and the yelling and slamming of items is rampant, and inappropriate. The way certain staff members speak is both rude, and disrespectful, and is an unacceptable manner of treating staff. I understand that not every employee always performs to one’s satisfaction, but these issues can be handled without yelling and are delt with appropriatelyat every other establishmenti have been to in town… I feel horrible for the people that work there that are treated this way.

Ordered some pizza last night and it definitely wasn’t a very big order. Took them forever to deliver and it was past 11pm and when it finally arrived the pizza was hard and there was none of there garlic herb butter stuff they put on there crusts. Received an email with an offer to make things better I’m assuming for the extreme wait time and I accepted the offer for a free medium pizza. Went to place my free pizza order tonight and it’s claiming I have to wait 48 hours to be able to use it. I went to call the store and was on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up mind you it’s not quite 10pm yet at this point. They picked up the phone and it was completely silent no matter how many times I said hello. So I used another phone giving them the benefit of the doubt. Phone rings and I’m waiting 15+ minutes and some guy answered and then hung up not even seconds prior to me even able to respond. Called from a friends phone and same thing waiting on the phone for 10+ minutes and they picked up but no response… I am highly disappointed and not happy by the level of disrespect and no regards of customer service!

No. $14 pizza cost $20 for “extras” that I didn’t order. If I wanted a $20 pizza I would have ordered one. Nothing against the staff or establishments integrity. Just expect to pay extra to get your dinner. Or order in person and wait.

Went to order a pizza one night at about 10:30 got a call an hour later that they were closed. No problem didn’t even argue with them. A few weeks later went to order again and found out they have us on a no not deliver list. It’s so petty it’s almost funny because we were really nice about it, I guess they just didn’t wanna deliver a pizza and got scared to deliver to us again least we call them out. Deleted the app and won’t order again. There was always something wrong with our orders anyways, but we’re not the type of people to complain about anything really. But petty is petty and I’m feeling it today. So bad review is the best I can do for now.
