I did an online order at Dominos the other day, and I got a notification on my phone that the pizza was ready, so I went over there, since it is only a 3 minute drive. I get there, and my pizza is not done, total confusion on my part, I get told just to wait, I wait for about 15 minutes while they make me my new pizza, which apparently they burned, see pictures.

I went to this location for the first time tonight and the experience wasn’t that great. Shown in the photos, our pizza slices were huge, they barely cut many slices, just a few extremely large slices. The wings weren’t really tossed either, seemed like they just squirted sauce on top of them. They were also pretty much just fatty wings than actual meat. I know they don’t specialize in wings, which is okay. But they struggled to cut the pizza right too?!

My wife and I both got our own pizzas ( 2 toppings for 5.99 each). Hands down worst domino’s pizzas we have ever had. Not the worst we have had, but we were a bit shocked. Several slices on my pizza straight up didn’t have either cheese or sauce on it…

I ordered a pizza for delivery. When I got the pizza not only was it burnt but it was nothing close to the pizza I ordered. I called to see how they were going to make it right and they proceeded to tell me that they made the pizza exactly how I ordered it so i have to deal with it– only I know that’s not true because a summary of my order was emailed to me confirming that my order had been placed and what it contained. The employee told me that I would not get reimbursed for getting the wrong order or for it being burnt and that they were willing to remake the pizza if I paid for it again and paid the delivery fee

Been ordering from Dominos for years no matter where I live and loved the experience but since moving here my orders have been messed up a few times and this time I had to wait for a remake because mine was give away on accident and they won’t even give a partial refund. Most times I just have to tough it out with the wrong order or wait the extra time.
