4th time ordering, paying a delivery fee , and having the wrong thing show up, I know Buffalo sauce and chicken are very challenging to apply to a pizza reading off a ticket . But when you re deliver the remake and its undercooked and looks like you threw it around because you were so frustrated at the fact you can’t manage reading and applying chicken and a sauce . Take it out on something other then my pizza. Appreciate it !

Asked for a little extra extra hot sauce instead got a whole bottle drenched pizza. Then got a snotty manager who said we had no proof of the pizza nor the conversation of the 20 instore credit (which was never sent because no “proof” when they record the calls for quality assurance purposes.) Then proceeded to tell my family that they didn’t mess up because we asked for extra. There is extra. Then there is absolutely drenched. This is drenched in so much out sauce no one could breath around it. Absolutely not okay. We had pictures and recorded the convos. Sending it to corporate because this place is in consistent and constantly rude.

I love ordering online or by phone and driving down in 10-15 minutes to get a great pizza. I haven’t ever dined in but they have the store always looking nice when I pick up. Food always is how I order it, it tastes grear, and the price isn’t outrageous.

Domino’s as a whole makes a pretty tasty pizza. This particular store struggles to not burn pizza and get my order right. It feels like a miracle if an entire order of 4-6 pizza is correct and cooked well. The staff is friendly and quick to compensate when I do complain, which isn’t every time. I haven’t found better locally, so it’s what I got.

I really enjoy Domino’s Pizza but this location needs some major help. They rarely get a pizza correct. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza over the weekend and it had 1/3rd the toppings, spots with no cheese, and didn’t even have pineapple. What is a Hawaiian Pizza without pineapple?! Another time I ordered at the register (in person!) a make your own with no meat on it… I received a meatzza or whatever they call it. I can remember one instance when I actually received the pizza I ordered and it was made well. All other times it is either wrong or the toppings cover 1/3rd of the pizza. It’s unfortunately since this is the only dominos location in Rigby. So, I’ll be moving on to Pizza Hut and Papa Murphy.
