We will not order from Domino’s again. Driver left claiming no one was home. Said he knocked and rang the doorbell, our doorbell is super loud Tracker online said pizza was delivered. I thought honest mistake, delivered to the wrong address, it happens, I can handle that. Then I called at about 7:10 pm, ordered at around 6pm, even though they claim it was 6:24, but it doesn’t show on the online order. The person I talked to claimed it was still on its way. Waited 10 minutes and called again. Person on the phone said our pizza was at their store under the warmer. After an hour I said I didn’t want the same pizza. They said but it’s under the warmer. It’s fine. I kept saying I wanted it remade. So she told me I could talk to the GM. So I did. He tried to say the same thing. No remake, no nothing, like it was our fault, even though we had 8 people at home that definitely would have heard a knock and absolutely a doorbell. Finally after enough arguing he agreed to remake it. Said it would be longer. So that meant another 40 minutes before anyone showed up. The driver was very short, almost threw the food and the sauces at us like he was mad at us. I can tell you right now I have never ever made a review like this. But I’m not sure this has ever happened without the restaurant or fast food place actually trying to fix it. But here it is. The food definitely didn’t look remade. But it was hot lol. We ordered some of the cheese sauce and there was barely any covering the bottom of the pan. So I didn’t know what else to do or say. I usually give a lot of grace on customer service. I’ve been there and there are days. But this seemed a little way less than customer service should be and hope no one else has this experience.

Saturday April 23rd, 2022 we had a “Celebration of Life” for my mom. We ordered 12 pizzas to be delivered at 5 PM. Not only were they on time, but they brought plates, napkins & silverware. They were all hot & I have been told very good!! I would recommend them to anyone for a hassle free bulk order. Thank you so much!! You are very appreciated.

I ordered a pizza around 6PM with the app and received a notification when it was out for delivery with an ETA of 6:37PM. At 7:50 I was notified ot had been delivered but it had not. I called to inquire and was told that the driver couldn’t find our address and was taking our order back to the store. They refunded my money and offered to send it back with a different driver and a free 2 liter soda, I instead asked for it to be remade as my original order was pushing 2 hours old now. After 2 more hours it still has not arrived and I’ve been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to find out the status of my food.

Ordered a couple of pizzas at 7:02 pm. It is now 8:45. When I placed the order the website said 60-70 minutes delivery time. It’s now 130-140 minutes for delivery.
