Came in tonight carryout (8/7/2023 10:28pm), claimed my free pizza via the app. The first pizza was burnt and not cut cut very well, however I called back and asked them to remake the order and they did to perfection.They also threw in 32 Parmesan bite, which is my favorite, and a coke for my trouble. “Will” had excellent customer service tonight and I will be back to this location just because of how professional they were in resolving my issue. I hope someone sees this and know you resolved my complaint.

It is hit or miss with this location. Sometimes it is a 1 or 2. Today with the half off pizza prices for online ordering I just knew they were going to be light on the toppings to make up for their deal. To my surprise they were not. I ordered 3 pizzas and all of them were mostly perfect. The brooklyn.crust was a little light on the toppings, but I think.that is the.nature of the crust so you can fold it. If you want your money’s worth don’t get that crust style. I have gotten it twice now and both times it was light on toppings and more expensive with less actual pizza. But, the other two crusts , Pan.and hand tossed or hand made cant recall, i ordered had normal.toppings. So, they get a 5 today. It was hot and fresh and they made normal pizzas despite being half off. In other words they honored their deal so they earned their 5 star review today. Hopefully they will strive to maintain this level with every order for every day. It would be great if that was the norm and the 1 or 2 star ratings were.big minority of their rating.

Horrible Service. Ordered online and had it delivered. Sent wrong kind of pizza. Called them and they wouldn’t correct it. Wanted the correct one to be delivered. Manager was extremely rude and just argued with me. I honestly have never been treated like this from a restaurant.

You know. I like dominos and their pizza and all. But I’m going to say this….. I live right behind one and it’s really horrible how careless and rude their workers are when they blast their music from their cars and rev up their engines to each other without considering their neighbors and the neighborhood behind them. I deal with this on a weekly basis. And it never stops. Please please please turn your music and and your attitudes down. I am beyond tired of the terrible customer service and unkind actions toward us all here behind you.

I like dominoes. And have no problem with their food. But when it comes to ordering and then getting it delivered is another thing. We have waited hours before seriously like almost 2 hours one time and we live 5 minutes from them. And as my most recent example. Kid takes my order and asks for my credit card info and all that. I assumed they had my address in the system since he didn’t ask for it. An hour goes by and no delivery. I call and ask what’s the hold up and he says, “oh you didn’t give me your address”.. Well if he had asked for my address I would of given it to him. But again just another incident in a long line of em…

If I could give 0 I would. the line cooks had long hair not put up, and beards without beard nets and as a guy with a beard I know how much little hairs fall out so it’s a pretty discomforting knowing that, and no one in the hole store was waring gloves touching boxes, food, others packing orders in personal clothes, i got my delivery order wrong so I went for my correct order and waited for a solid 30 minutes and after telling the front guy about 3 times the order name and it was sitting in the back on their counter from the time I got there so when they handed me my pizza it was cold and wrong once again. I love dominos but this store in particular I will never go back to. No teamwork and no leadership and tonight definitely showed.

I always make sure to come to this location, as everyone is extremely polite and smiling, even when they are busy and have a line of customers inside. I’d also like to mention how respectful and understanding Isaiah was, and did everything to make my order right. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I know people are always so quick to write a terrible review, and very rarely write in when a business is doing great. Take 3 minutes out of your day and recognize someone for their hard work!

Maybe zero stars would be more fitting. I will give the star to the poor delivery driver which I bet gets an earful. Once upon a time i could order from this store and have a pizza delivered in 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time in a row it has take near 2 hours. I placed the order and it was acknowledged at 5:30PM. I am taking my first bite at 7:17PM. That is ridiculous and I live maybe a mile away tops. I am definitely going to try a new pizza company next time. First time ok, second time maybe a coincidence, third time I’m convinced now you don’t want my business. Customer service is horrible.

These guys are the best. Yeah they have had nights where they are slow. They have had nice where they are straight up slammed and unorganized but anybody who judges them off of the current climate and the way people behave need to take a chill pill. This Crew has constantly gone above and beyond to take care of my family and I whenever I order which is at least once a week. They are polite and courteous and even if they make a mistake they are the first to admit it and correct it. I don’t care if they have tough time completing orders on busy rushes that is acceptable I will always come back to the store because they have always made my experience worthwhile and I appreciate the hard work.
