My pizza orders always include special instructions, and these guys have nail them every time save ONE, and the management was eager to correct that situation immediately. I generally order twice a week, so I’m a frequent flyer. I use the Domino’s app on my Android phone and it’s a seamless experience and quite instantaneous. The drivers even follow my special instruction: “Knock quietly so I know you’re not the cops.” I’m lucky to have a Domino’s that takes themselves pretty seriously and is all about customer service. Bravo, guys. It does not go unnoticed.

A very wondrous team of individuals who look out for their customers. I tend to order later at night, which I always feel bad about as they’re probably trying to wrap things up. I make it worse, as I have a roomie working graveyards and specifically ask they not knock.

With all the reviews i was actually surprised when i got it. Looks, smells, and tastes great. I got the california veggie with salami. The only reason for the 4 stars is because i requested square cut and double baked. Im guessing they dont read the special instructions from online orders through dominos. Also i got 2 sauces which wasnt with the order. If you dont bring it up they wont acknowledge it with carry out and i honestly forgot. Seems like a place where they just dont want to work. Good pizza though.

My instructions always say just leave at door to avoid my barking dog and we do contactless intentionally, they always ignore it, and I live 1 mile away from the store, it shouldn’t take almost an entire hour to deliver 2 pizzas. Thanks for the crushed greasy boxes full of cold pizza my barking dog will love it.

Took longer than promised and when delivered, pizza was flipped upside from driver not being careful, he even handed it to us upside down and just said sorry I’m busy and walked away. It was late 10 pm and my family didn’t have a good dinner we were tired from traveling so just went to bed

Worst management ever!! This is the last time I will be ordering from there. I will notify all my friends and neighbors not to order from here. I had an issue with the pizza that wad delivered. It was missing an ingredient. I contacted the store and explained the issue to the employee. He quickly put the manager on the phone, and she quickly told me that i the ingredient was not on my order. I explained that i had the receipt (directly from domino’s, it was attached to the box) and it shows it on the receipt and i also slow it on my online order. She told me i was wrong and it was not on my order. She was very rude and really wouldn’t listen. She didn’t offer to correct my order or anything. I proceeded to go directly to the store, with both the dominos receipt and my online order, to show the proof. She quickly back peddled and blamed the computer. She still did not offer an apology but stated she would make a new pizza. I waited while it was made, but when i checked it, it was drenched in the hot sauce. You couldn’t even set the cheese. I will NEVER order from here again!!
