We normally love this Domino’s shop. However the last few times we’ve ordered from here the hand tossed crust hasn’t had the garlic on it as promised on their website. For our most recent order we even asked an employee to confirm they still do the garlic crust and they did confirm. However the crust was very much lacking garlic.

Always a pleasure; I wish the wings and jalapenos in the bread sticks weren’t such a hot dry heat though, even a few months ago, a year there seemed more sauce, and a good blend, I still love Domino’s! I just can’t eat my fav breads and wings lol pizzas still delicious though!

I ordered delivery today from the dominos on Ardene. Awhile later I received a email that they didn’t think they did a good job and gave me 20% off my next visit. Yes, the delivery time was a little longer than I was quoted when I ordered but I just wanted to make sure you guys know that you are awesome. This wasn’t my first time ordering from this location and will definitely not be my last. Every time I get someone delivering they are so friendly and happy, especially today! He was so kind and really made the best of them being understaffed. I just want to say thank you and that you guys rock!

I’m not much on putting bad things online but this is bad.. I ordered pizza online .. their tracker said it was being quality checked for over 45 mins so I called the store. The girl on the phone was very short with me when I ask how long it would be till it left the store to be delivered. She said and I quote — it could be 5 mins or over an hour so”. At that point I said can I pick it up instead she said if that’s what you want that’s your right so I said ok I’m on my way.. she didn’t say anything and just hung up.. so I get to the store and tell them I would like to pick up my order that’s been sitting around for 45 min.. at that point a man in the back said we are short staffed and that’s why it’s been so long . I said well if your company paid you all more you could get more employees. He said to me we make 25 bucks an hour to start how much do you make . At that point I walked my pizza to the truck and put it in my truck walked back in and asked his name in which he just ignored me . So after asking another employee his name numerous times she finally said it’s Andrew the manager . I then left. Maybe don’t have 3 drivers also outside joking around dropping F bombs about this or that with customers and their kids there. Very rude. Not the first time I had to pick my own food up from there but it will be the last time I use that domino’s

Ordered pizzas on Friday threw the app. It had been hour so I checked the tracking on the app. It said it was still in prep stage. I called the store and the guy that answered said it was going to be another hour and a half. I asked to speak to the manager. When she came on the phone she was very rude and basically insinuated that I was wasting my time talking to her. No apology or understanding at all. I asked to cancel my order and she let me know it would take 5 business days for my refund. 2 1/2 hours for pizza is crazy. If they are that far behind they should let you know prior to ordering.
