Exactly the consistent pizza you would expect from dominoes. Only problem is they’re new out of the country phone line. Way too many unnecessary questions and misunderstandings. So hard to communicate and ends in frustration every time, takes forever. I now ask for the direct store number, but the out of county line now is demanding to know reasons for this and attempts to dissuade before connecting. Today I didn’t feel like once again giving a reason so I repeated my self calmly after being asked 5 times the reason before I was finally connected with a polite employee. Such a hassle to do something that should be the easiest fastest meal

Every time I order food, without fail, they leave something out, don’t bring it to me when I report it, and don’t give me a refund. Like today they left out my 2 literally drink, wich for me, is super expensive. Over all I’m beyond passed, and probably won’t buy food from here ever again.

First of all when you call you get a service, not the actual store. They don’t tell you specials or about coupons. Pizza was cold when we picked it up. $40.00 for 1 LG specialty and 1 medium pepperoni pizza is ridiculous. I went on line and the specialty should be $14.99 and the medium should be $11.99. Hiw dies that add up to $40.00. I see no reason why the actual store does not answer and take your order. I am fed up with businesses not caring about customers and only caring about profits. No longer a Domino’s customer.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. The staff at this location is very improfessional and rude. Also asked to speak to a manager and received a disrespectful person who supposedly was the store manager at the moment who was very short and nasty to me and didn’t handle the situation… the girl I spoke to before hung up on me when a kindly requested a refund after I told then my pizza said it was delivered and they just told me it was sitting at the store then an hour later with nothing I called again and they said my apartment number wasn’t on it so I went back to double check my order address and it was. So the whole situation was just very improfesionaly handled…not happy.

The lady on the phone took my order , we asked for pastas then proceeded to ask what size pizza we wanted when we didn’t say that at all. Then when it came to the price she asked if we wanted to round up or add an extra $1 $2. I told her no and she said she’d just round it for us anyways. She wasn’t saying anything and left me on the phone in silence & still ended up saying the wrong order. She ended up hanging up on me

2 Hours and 3 cold pizzas later. I would love to see some improvement on communication. When I called to check on the order an hour after it was placed I was told they had just started making it, another hour passed and our food showed up ice cold.
