Ordered a pizza on June 8. Still waiting for it. I called to ask about the order and I was told it had been delivered. Of course it wasn’t. I was then told I would have the money put on my account as a credit. Just give them my phone number when I call to receive the credit. Long story short, they didn’t have any record of a credit and repeatedly was told ‘there’s nothing we can do for you’. So I’m out over $50 bucks. I’ve spent a lot of money at this store. Never again. Last time I ever call Dominoes.

07.02.2023: I was in there at the same time as Kaelen (see her review). The store was getting full of people waiting for their orders that said ready. I placed my order at 711pm, the online tracker told me my order would be ready 720-732pm. The tracker and the store board even showed my order as ready at the time it was supposed to be. At 750 after I asked about my order and they told me they hadn’t started it yet, I canceled it. I told them that they needed to stop, breath and then get their s*** together. I was never upset but they were not communicating with their customers. I gave them 2 stars because I have ordered good pizza from here and I understand having a bad day but communication goes LONG way. (Clinton, talk to your team and get on the same page. None of you were really working well together. You were all all over the place and none of you were having fun. Find what works for you and step it up…you can be awesome!)

I am a huge fan of Domino’s over other options, but have had nothing but problems with this Clinton, UT location. I went an hour and a half after my order came out of the oven (according to the tracker) before calling the store and sat listening to their recorded ring back tone for 20 minutes with no answer. I tried to report a problem with my order, but the website won’t let you without your order shipping first. I finally was able to fill out a questionnaire on their customer service page and am waiting. It is now 3.5 hours later and I just got a text alert that my order was canceled.

July 2, 2023- Just had an ordered canceled and doubtful I will get a refund. The dominos tracker online said that it was ready when we headed out and even at the screen in store said my order was ready but there was nothing there for us. My name soon disappeared from the ready screen in store but still said ready on my tracker app. We were told to wait another 15-20 min which we followed up at 15 min to hear the order wasn’t even being made yet. They would communicate barely or horribly on getting any information. We decided to cancel the order at this point and I am doubtful of the refund. They wouldn’t even give an answer on the refund timeframe. I’ll even update this review to a 2 star if I get it :).The only reason I even came to this one was because the Roy lobby was temporarily closed for carryout.

July 2nd 2023 we ordered pizza to have it delivered. My wife called and placed the order at 5:52 was told be about 1 hour. Hour and half passed nothing. Wife called asking about the order. She was told dilevry had it and was 10 minutes out. So another hour passed nothing. So I called asking about iur order. He said he will check then told me they had to cancel the orders because had no dilevry driver’s. I said you had our phone number you couldn’t call and tell us. This was our 2nd issue here. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Seriously the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering with dominos. I delivered through the online app and I can understand there’s issues, great. So I would expect calling the store would help me a LITTLE BIT, but I’m told “they’ll get there when they get there” are you serious? My delivery went out at 4:16pm and I called at 5PM just checking on my order! I wasn’t even upset until after the phone call! Extremely rude service and just an incompetent driver honestly.

This is the worst Domino’s store ever! If I could give the rating of 0 I would! We ordered from them last week and the pasta was horrible and super bland! This week we decided to order again (against my better judgement!) and they lost our order! We followed our order on the tracker and got notification that “Zac quality checked our order at 5:09pm”; at 5:50 we called them asking where our order was and they said they couldn’t find it and that it would be about an hour and 15 minutes before we would receive our order! We cancelled the order and will never order from there again! You’ll be less at least one order in the future!

Don’t order from here!! Seen double charge on my credit card. Luckily I’m pretty passive but this sucks fair warning about shady practices. Called them before I could talk immediately put me on hold for 10 mins. Guy finally answers. Says can I help you. I said yes I’m trying to figure out why I was charged 2 times. Guy tells me I ordered online and that’s a corporate issue. And I need to call them. I say that sound like a scapegoat he tells me. “Sir I have been told by all the other managers that’s what we do” So I’ll have to call them up tomorrow we will see how that goes last time I get dominos. Not sure weather I’m more upset about the lack of help on the issue, the dudes tone before we spoke, or me double paying. Not sure if he was having a bad night but seemed like he was arguing with the old lady before he even got on the phone.
