Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready! What a joke. This location is constantly late and never has accurate estimate on the time for pick up. They never actually bring it out to curbside and I always have to go in to get my pizza. I am going to start going to a different location on my way home from work because this place is a total joke.

I’m pretty disappointed, after the first incident, of delivering an hour late, they credited me a free pizza which was nice. So I didn’t leave a review. But now there are THREE more instances where when I picked up the free pizza credit, I waited 20 min for them to find my order because no one could find it. Then turns out that the name in the system said cliff instead of Chris. So apparently they fixed it and apologized and they gave me another credit for free pizza, which was appreciated. I went today to pick it up, also requesting to add sausage and AGAIN they could not find my order. I then had to tell them it was probably the same old situation as last time, did they now find it after I told them. The employee then stated that the name can not be fixed ???? So now from now on imma have to say my name is cliff for dominos to get the order right?? This is so annoying. Not only did they take over an hour to deliver pizza the first time, then couldn’t find my order the 2nd and 3rd time, but now also forgot to add sausage. I understand mistakes happen. Which is why the first time was excusable but once it happens EVERY time. It’s pretty disappointing. I hope they get better management and a better system.

This is by far the worst location we have dealt with. Sadly this is the location we are assigned to and about 4 times now we keep telling ourselves “maybe they have improved” and every time it gets worse and worse! Messed up orders, it takes 3-4 times longer than the estimate, the workers aren’t helpful, we’ve had to pick up our order even though we ordered delivery a few times because they simply didn’t have a delivery person. We have also received raw pizza many times.

I made 2 online orders Jan 15, 2023 one for me and my daughter and one for my sister and her two boys they took the orders and money but were closed when we arrived 10 min after ordering!!! The online hours say till midnight WRONG!!! Then I tried to reach customer service it’s a JOKE!!! You get an online bot that makes you choose from answers that don’t apply!!! Seriously need to fix your online ordering Dominos Pizza!!!

I’ve ordered from this store multiple times. When they deliver everything you ordered, and within 45 minutes of the order being placed, the pizza tastes… well, like dominos pizza. However this location has established a pattern of forgetting items ordered and taking 1-2 hours or more to deliver an order within 2 miles of the store.

I’ve been ordering from this location for 2 years. Consistently get orders wrong or forget items, delivery often takes 60-90 minutes, food is often burnt, if you call you’ll be on hold for about 15+ minutes before someone answers, etc. This is the WORST Domino’s I’ve ever been to. Like, it’s so bad I actually felt compelled to write this so other people will feel encouraged to buy from a different location or company altogether.
