Horrible, order delivery, and it took over 2 hours to get food. Called the store about 40 minutes after ordering it, and they said it was on the way. But over an hour and a half later we still hadn’t gotten our food. By 10pm they “closed” their store down and would not take any calls no matter how long you waited on hold in their stupid system. I live 4 minutes away! If it was going to be this difficult I would have picked it up. I could have went and bought ingredients and made a homemade pizza from scratch in the time they took. Never order from this location.

Ordered 8 pizzas today for carryout. Super good deals and all super delicious!!! Best bbq chicken pizza I’ve ever had!!! They were ready for pickup in a very short amount of time. The manager or employee was super friendly, you could tell she actually wanted to be at her job unlike most of the fast food and restaurant establishments around here. It was nice to have such a good experience for once when ordering food. I will definitely be ordering from Orem Dominos again very soon!!!

I ordered the Brooklyn Pepperoni Large Pizza as you can see in the pic. I ate the first piece and was pleased. It’s a better slice then just their regular crust large. Pizza isn’t bad for a chain pizza place. Also ordered the wings. They were pretty good today and no complaints. I asked that both be cooked well done which I feel really helps especially with the wings.

MERRY CHRISTMAS from Dominos. I realize the holiday may have caused some delay, though I would have waited for a quality product over quick. The pizza appeared scorched and the wings were drowning in sauce with some pieces untouched by the sauce. This is so disheartening after my great first experience with Dominos.

Edit: Changed from 3 stars to 1. I ordered carryout and the same employee (see original review) whose name is Kyle – attempted to fraud me. He claimed that the tip I entered in the pinpad didn’t go through (it clearly did and I was charged my total + tip) he tried to guilt me into paying him a tip in cash. Unprofessional. Do not go to this location if you want to have a good experience. This negative experience far outweighed the good pizza. Not worth it.
