I’ve been ordering from this location for over 15 years. I live 5 minutes away at the very most. It used to be good, but the quality and service has declined over the last 3 or 4 years. Tonight was the last straw. According to the Domino’s Pizza Tracker, my food sat at the restaurant for almost 40 minutes before it left the store. So as you can guess, my food arrived luke warm. On top of that, the order was incorrect. I will not order from this location again. I could order from a competitor more than twice the distance from my house and get my food faster and as ordered.

These Asian franchise owners ripped me off. Took advantage and overcharged me for pizza.. shame.. shouldn’t try to get rich off one customer. Will not return. I’ll stick with Marco’s Pizza!! Ordered a pizza and cookie brownie tonight (02/14/2023). The brownie showed up completely undercooked! Seriously inedible especially if there is raw egg in the batter! The brownie and cookie dough are just goo being held in place by a thin shell of cooked dough.

I ordered two pizzas by calling this location, which is by the Smiths on highland drive and 9400 S. The total was $35. I saw the deals on the internet for the EXACT same two pizzas and it would have been $14. When I got there the young lady who was the manager was incredibly rude and offensive/unprofessional when I simply pointed out how this made no sense…. I will not put her name here… But honestly I don’t know who would go to this location and get pizza

I walked in and saw an ad on the counter for 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each. So I ordered that. Then, when they rang me up, it was $40, rather than $14. When I asked the cashier, she said, “we’ve been taken over by a franchise, and they aren’t honoring that offer. But they continue to use the corporate marketing materials.” Bad form!
