TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received my order, and it was missing a few items, so I then called to see if they could deliver the rest of the items. (I live like five minutes away from this location.)The person who “helped” me acted totally put off that I was even calling. Was extremely rude, But told me they could have it to me in 30 minutes. I waited the 30 minutes and still did not receive my items so I called back after one hour they tried to justify the delay by telling me there was like five orders ahead of me. And I told them I wish I had been informed of that when I called earlier. The best they could do was offer me a coupon for next time ha ha. No thanks. Do yourself a favor and just go w Door dash

Listen, I hate confrontation and this thoroughly pains me, but I am so god damn hungry and placed my order almost 2 hours ago. I tried to call the store, nobody answered for 8 minutes. I had to listen to how deliciously y’all describe the food that I have not received. At this point, it’s 10:30 and even though I would do it, a healthy adult is apparently not supposed to eat pizza this late. Please just refund my order and take pity on me, but also 0/10 experience.

Can’t answer phone calls spent 30 minutes on hold!!!!!! without any luck in reaching the store to even cancel the order. The only line I was able to get ahold of was to place an order and they have limited access and couldn’t even cancel the order. Honestly it’s just ridiculous. 45 minutes total time on the phone for absolutely nothing. Waited over an hour for a single pizza and a 2 liter of sprite to not even get it.

I haven’t had Domino’s in a long time. I’ve been really wanting my favorite pizza, pepperoni, chicken, and sausage. The pizza wrong wrong which was disappointing but also dangerous. They replaced the sausage with bacon. I didn’t realize until I had already taken a bite. I don’t like bacon on my pizza but a lot of people can’t eat it for multiple reasons. I even double checked my receipt to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. Next, my spinach cheese bread had olives and most of the cheese spilled out and burned. I just wish they would have quality checked this before sending it out. For not having this in a while, this was not a good time bad. For what it was it was alright just disappointing.

I don’t really write reviews but I am rather frustrated. I really wish they would hire enough staff and drivers to actually deliver close to the estimated delivery timeframe shown on the website. Or even just call the customer when orders are going to be late or are undeliverable… It’s been a steady pattern over the last 10 months or so. The website will say 30min estimated delivery time but more often than not it is more than an 1 1/2 to 2 hours before you see your food… I cannot remember the last time an order from this branch was delivered in a timely manner as estimated by their site. I’ve had to call the store (and even had to drive to the location once after being put on hold for over 45 minutes without anyone picking up) for multiple orders and I am always given the same response, either “Oh our driver doesn’t come in until 4pm so we were waiting (I ordered 45 min earlier, plenty of time to call the customer to let them know)” or “we don’t have any delivery drivers working today.” If either of these situations are the case than online ordering should not be an option, or at the VERY least call the customer to let them know they will have to wait hours for their food.. I understand that employees have to deal with extenuating circumstances from time to time, but this is a reoccurring pattern with particular location and it’s only getting worse. Their reputation has devolved into one of customer inconvenience and frustration…

I ordered some pizzas to have friends over for my birthday last night. When we went to pick it up in store, the staff looked at us and walked to the back. We overheard the staff member in charge telling other staff not to help us because they couldn’t take new orders for 45 min. We waited for almost 10 min until one staff member decided to ask how he could help us despite his manager’s request. We finally got our pizzas that were waiting in the warmer. When we got home and opened the pizzas(less than 10 min later) they were cold and clearly old(hard and that weird old pizza texture). I will not be going to this location again.

Ughhh always issues at this dominos. Half the time they call to say they can’t deliver after your order has been placed, and when they do its a mess. Tonight our pizza was squished and cheese stuck to the lid..also luke warm…delivered to my neighbors instead of our apartment, banged on the door and woke her up since she works at 3 a.m. I realize times are tough right now so don’t offer delivery if you can’t handle it.

They added disgusting ingredients we didn’t ask for and refused to refund anything I will not order from this awful place again definitely the worst of the worst when it comes to pizza. Anything and everything is better save your time and money go somewhere else.
