The location is annoying to get to and pretty dirty. It’s upstairs in a little mall area that has little to no parking. I got my food in a timely manner, but they are clearly understaffed, and management is severely lacking. My food was pretty burnt on the bottom, and they could’ve added a few more tater tots. I will never come back here, and I am going to try to get a partial refund.

1 star cause it’s the lowest you can go. This location has the WORST customer service. Ordered and paid for two pizzas last night for delivery, immediately after ordering my order was cancelled. I called to see what happened and I was told the delivery driver’s car broke down. I said that’s fine, I can just pick it up and mid sentence they guy on the other end hung up. I went to the store to try to get my pizza and the guy working said “yeah I cancelled your order, I can’t do anything about it” and before I could say anything he turned around and went back to making pizzas. Also, the whole time I was there the phone was ringing and ringing and he was just ignoring all calls. I never got my pizza, and I’m still waiting on my refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here. Never returning to this location. Location on 700 East is much more professional, go there if you can.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered two pizzas and the delivery took over one hour because they were “backed up” – keep in mind the store is less 1.8 miles away. Then the delivery driver just drops off the pizza by the front door without ringing the doorbell, and the pizza got cold because it’s 30° Fahrenheit. A great example of lack of corporate oversight and acumen.

Placed a prepaid, scheduled delivery for 8pm on a Saturday night at 2pm earlier in the day. I was assured they would have someone to deliver, & that they’d call if there were any issues. 9pm (an hour after the scheduled delivery) comes and goes, so I call and the phones are down, drive over and the store is locked up, lights are off, and not even a note on the door saying why they are closed 4 hours early. I received no call, no notice, & when I went in the next day for a refund, they couldn’t even find my order, saying that I must’ve been refunded when the order was cancelled, and that it should show up in a day or two, so now I’ll have to go back if the refund doesn’t show up. Would leave zero stars if I could.

1. The price of pizza has gone up so much, it is no longer affordable. What was on average about 12 to 15 bucks a pizza is now 19 to 20 bucks. I ordered 4 pizzas on 12/17 at 5:41 pm. I opted for delivery.

Ordered for Delivery and had the wrong order (garlic bread instead of garlic Parmesan wings) called the location and spoke to the manager. When I told him what we received he said “yeah that’s what you ordered” and told him nicely that we ordered the wings not the bread. He then asked if he wanted us to send a new one or wanted them for “next time” ummm. Asked politely for the wings, then he said that he said that it would take 45 min and hung up the phone. Also btw was planning on giving the delivery guy a cash tip, but he just left the food at the door, even though opted for face to face delivery.

Ordered a few pizzas one Friday night online and was given an estimated pickup time between 6:59 and 7:09 (30 to 40 minutes after we ordered). The online system never updated, so we went to pick up around 7 and they hadn’t even started making them yet. Went back 30 minutes later and it seemed like it had just been finished. Would have been fine with just the pizza being late since Friday nights seem crazy. However, they messed up an order for a cheese pizza. A regular old cheese pizza. The other two pizzas were tasty, but the third pizza sat almost uneaten because it had chicken and pineapple on it. Overall, it wasn’t the best Domino’s experience.
