Drove over 4 hrs to the area for a 2 day mini vacation and ordered carryout after checking into our hotel. Staff was friendly upon arrival and the store was very clean. They asked us to briefly wait as it was a Friday around 6pm and they were apparently understaffed. When we drove 10 minutes back to our hotel we realized they didn’t give us everything (although they ensured and “double checked” our order while we were inside their lobby). We called back and GM Jenny answered the phone. I asked if they could just deliver it at their earliest convenience and we were notified that their driver had just left and would be gone on deliveries for awhile. She was very irritated that I’d suggested a delivery. I told her I wasn’t going to drive back there as I’d been driving all day. She offered to not charge me for it, which was fine, but in explaining the refund process she began to absolutely yell at me. Started talking over me when I was genuinely asking how that worked. She’d initially said they’d give store credit or that they’d have to charge me again and then do the refund. Her explanation was very confusing and when I asked her to repeat it she yelled I’M JUST GOING TO REFUND EVERYTHING, BYE! and hung up. Jenny, next time just say I’ll reimburse that portion, don’t give me a 2 minute explanation of the process. That was completely unnecessary. Also, I know people have bad days, but that was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Also, the boneless chicken tasted like crackers; might wanna look into that. Would have been 4 stars for the friendliness and the taste of the pizza, but the chicken was awful and dry, and we didn’t get our bread twists (which was what my daughter ordered). NEVER again. I don’t leave a lot of bad reviews, as I like to reward those who go above and beyond, but Jenny was TERRIBLY rude.

$32 for a pizza with 3 toppings and a side of chicken with tomato & bacon.. (with online coupon) you know. I picked it up at the shop. It was just adequate.. but the flavor or dough was not what I’d hope.. average or whatever..

They recently started charging $2.50 extra for bbq sauce. Ordered a bbq pizza anyway and it was the driest pizza I’ve ever had. If I’m going to pay extra for something, I want to actually see it on my pizza.

Order delivery here 3 times. I live in the basement of a home near by. They can’t read delivery instructions at all. Or read what you order on the app. I highly recommend going into the store if you are wanting anything extra. Not the best dominoes I have ordered from.
