These guys are great. Yeah, they’re a little understaffed, but they work hard and make good pizza. If you’re nice and take care of delivery for them by picking it up yourself (I know, not ideal, but they can’t really spare manpower to deliver) you get some great pizzas. Maybe on the way home from work or something? Always worth it.

The pizza said delivered but there was no pizza I called the store and the girl said she couldn’t talk and to call back in fifteen didn’t even apologize just said that seems like a driver issue and I can’t talk right now seems like they’re probably understaffed and I’ve worked fast food and know it’s hard I’m just annoyed there was no accountability on their part. I blame dominos for likely understaffing their business and it shows. By the time we got our pizza we already had ordered from another company and our pizza was cold. Definitely not ordering from them again.

Ordered their tots and two things wrong one the tots were burned and the other was the delivery guy named Larry was begging for a tip now if your going to charge me 4.00 delivery fee when I live 3 blocks away you can give that to your driver as a tip very uncool begging for a tip I even checked that there was no tip unprofessional by the way dominos paying people to give you good reviews is very pathetic and lamé concidering you have nothing but negative reviews can’t make it good with a couple paid reviews

After 30 minutes of my pizza being out of the oven I had to call for them to start the delivery which then took 30 more minutes leaving me with a brand new freshly paid for HOUR OLD PIZZA. I then called to get them to redeliver and got told they don’t have the resources to deliver my pizza that took them AN HOUR to get to me but instead I could pick up in store even though I paid delivery AND a tip

Ordered 2 pan pizzas and a spinach/feta cheese bread. Pizzas were supposed to be Pepperoni / Jalapeno and a Bacon / Onion. Drove all the way from West Haven to South Ogden to pick up the pizza and took it home. When I got home, discovered the pizza were not mine. We got some sort of mixture of partly jalapeno / sausage and a Canadian bacon / pepperoni. I tried calling for over 30 minutes but nobody would answer the phone. Not surprised though because when I was I. The store to pick up my order, the phone rang the entire time and neither of the two employees made a single move to answer the constantly ringing phones. The website also still shows my order as ready to pickup so I can’t leave a review or notify Domino’s staff of the mistake. Sad, because I love Domino’s but I’m finding it hard to keep going to them. The last four times I’ve ordered, there have been mistakes with my orders.

The guy taking my order was super cool and once I even got a free 20oz because they dropped the pizza and he felt bad. All the people that work there are usually super friendly and the food isn’t bad like most reviews say they are!

New and Updated- Great Pizza!! Great Customer Service. The Guy Working was quick to Greet me as I walked in. He was the Only One Working, but That Did Not Slow Him Down from Getting All the Orders Out On time. Thank you for the Great and Tasty Pizza. Also The BROWNIE was Delicious. /OLD Review- Took a Few Minutes for the Cashier to Notice me after Two Other Workers Saw me and Didn’t say anything or let the Cashier know I was standing there waiting. The Screen showed that My Pizza was Done when I walked in but Still I waited to be noticed.
