The food was great (according to my mom, whom I had this delivered to), and the staff went above and beyond when I told them it’s my mom’s birthday! They decorated both the boxes with her food in it for her. Best staff ever!!! Thank you guys so much!! You really made her day, and mine. 🙂

My brother came into the store on Saturday at 11:30 to get 2 Alfredo pasta bowls when this guy named Ty asked us what we wanted literally like that.. we told him what we wanted and then Ty began to Sign really loud and noticeably, then my brother asked if it was a problem or we ordered our food, and he said “well, we only take online orders” as an excuse to get us out of there. We left and then came back to ask when they had close and he had said in a hour, i then asked why the opener sign was opened then tried to say he only does the online orders only. I said what’s the difference if we’re just getting food. He then wanted to tell me about how he missed his kids and wife and I told him I understand but we get put in the same situation all the time, he got mad and said he would refuse the order and I asked him if he thought that would look good on the store then he stopped talking and asked for our order then we told him we wanted the other guy to take our order then he gave more attitude. Really not happy with this place. Stood at the counter waiting to order for a few minutes, employees looked in my direction, but nobody said a word, not even a simple “be right with you.” There was one employee that seemed to be trying to make customers happy, but everyone else just appeared to be annoyed that someone walked in. This was the 2nd time I went there, and both times we received the same treatment. Also, they burned the food both times. Love Dominos, but this location needs some attention.

Came and got the pizza after ordering online, the app said it would be brought to my car in 2 minutes or I would get a free pizza, waited for 10+minutes, the timer stopped at 52 seconds and no email for the free pizza, and the pizzas were barely warm. the pastas were hot, and my family who ate them said they were ok, but we ate the pizza and didn’t feel good afterward. My kid got food poisoning from it. It’s not the greatest experience here. Hopefully, they will get better.

Ordered pizza the other day and as I’m waiting for it to get delivered I get a notification that says it had already been delivered. I called the store to find out where my food is, I explain to the kid that answers the phone that my pizza wasn’t at my house but says it is, he asks if I want to speak to one of the managers(I didn’t ask for one, he brought it up), he puts me on hold and comes back and with a whole attitude like I’m the problem because I didn’t get the food I paid for and he says “All the managers are too busy”. He doesn’t offer to have them call me back or fix the problem or offer for me to stay on hold or anything just tells me they’re busy and goes silent then when I say “convenient” he just hangs up. 30 minutes after that, my food shows up and both pizzas are wrong. This place is a joke, my neighbor has had issues with one of the delivery drivers coming back to her house multiple times trying to hit on her a week after he delivered to her and it’s all on my cameras, she called the cops and they went there to talk to him and he kept his job somehow. Then a few weeks later he ended up in jail for stalking someone else. I drove past there today and saw that his car is there with the driver sign on it again. This place definitely doesn’t care at all about doing their job or customer service or even the community.

Employee with NO gloves on dishing out our pizza harassed my pregnant wife and I because I was assisting her in the bathroom. Apparently two people can’t be in the single bathroom because it causes “legal issues”, although not stated anywhere in the restaurant or in Utah state laws.

Ordered two pizzas for delivery. The call made to order or was ridiculous. The guy was super rude. And then when we were called to say they were here, the guy was rude, told me where he was parked, I walked over there to find he wasn’t there, and then he told me he was on the opposite side of the building. I paid, tipped him and I went inside. Only to discover the pizzas hadn’t even been cut.

The pizza itself was good…when I finally took it home 40 minutes after I was scheduled to pick it up. The customer service left a lot to be desired, too. No one acknowledged any of the customers that filled the lobby. When we realized the monitor said orders were ready, we went up to the register only to be told not quite yet, and the monitor was turned off. And there was no apology for the delay. Very disappointed!!

This place was great when it first opened but has gone down hill. Ordered a takeout pizza and cinnamon twists and got a pizza with uncooked dough and the twists were white hard uncooked dough. The owners better pay a bit more attention to the staff they are hiring. Not sure if we’ll be returning
