I haven’t been inside a Dominoes pizza in a long time but I’ll be back to this location! There is a chalk board for kids to busily draw on as you wait and even a “viewing” area where you can watch them toss the dough in the air and prepare your food. We especially loved how they have a TV that shows the progress of your food and the amount of time left till it’s ready. Our wings and pizza were delicious, customer service was exceptional, and with the coupon I used this was a great deal.

The “Manager” apparently had never seen the coupon before and would not honor the pizza. Said I would have to purchase online, how am I supposed to get the discount then? They don’t care about you. I said something about getting a discount to the manager because of the trouble and they turned around and gave my pizza away to another customer FOR FREE! When it finally did (cold) I called the Manager to ask about a discount & was told they could offer me a free drink on my next order but refused to do anything else! They said if I’d called in the order instead of using the app they would have told me it was a 1-2 hour wait.. so don’t use the App!

I have always had an excellent experience here. Best way to order is definitely online, pizza is always consistent when I have come to this location. And the workers here are always friendly. The aesthetic of the location as well is appealing. When we are in the mood for Dominoes’ we always come to this location. I have been coming here for a couple of years, and have had maybe one problem, and when I called and explained the issue, they fixed it and made it up to me. They have great customer service.

This was probably the least positive experience I’ve ever had at Domino’s. I arrived 20-ish min after placing an order, at the tail end of the estimated completion window. The person behind the counter informed me that my order was just about to be made and thrown into the oven. When at long last my order was ready they called my name and just said, “here.” Not apologetic for the delay or anything, just “here.” I won’t be returning to this particular store.
