Ordered 4 Pies, simply asked for a cup of pizza sauce (because it tastes different than the Marinara in the cups) and the dumb manager wouldn’t help us out, even offered to pay whatever they needed to charge me but still wouldn’t do it. Never been a problem at any other Domino’s or other pizza chains but this manager doesn’t know how to serve her customers. Not shocking this store have 3.7 stars, won’t be back and recommend you don’t go either if you like customer service.

I ordered online and when I went in to pick up the pizza, the man who helped me thought the price seemed a bit high and was able to use the mix and match deal to save me about $19. That was pretty awesome of him! And the food was bomb.

Don’t answer their phone, the customer service is terrible. I asked for a refund and cancelled yet, they still delivered it over 2 hours later…. I’m not paying for this pizza. You can’t expect me to wait 2 hours to get a pizza when you said 20-40 mins expectancy. I understand things happen, but just be communicative. I would have been understanding. But now that everyone wants to act like they don’t care, so will I. I feel bad because this company is making so the driver doesn’t get as much of a tip. F that, I tipped the guy, and I got my refund. Trash service. Will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DOMINOS TO ANYONE. JUST BUY BARROS
