I placed an order about a month ago and was handed incorrect items after realizing that we had the incorrect items I called the store and they said it was no problem they would remake my order for me so when I got back to the store, the clerk that was working, told me that he would put it down in the system that they would honor me to have two free medium pizzas the next time we ordered as long as we called in the order.

This order is an abomination to pizza orders. The thin crust pizza is blackened and burned, in addition to missing the sausage. The hand tossed has no garlic on the crust. Both pizzas are room temperature at best. We tried to call the store and we’re told all thin crusts are black on the edges. A second team member claimed that it’s their GM running their oven. Then they tried to speak over my husband claiming he was speaking over them. I want a refund for these items. The right thing would have been to offer to remake them as we have not touched the items given to us. It seems customers don’t matter to this location. — the worst part, our family used to own a Domino’s store and we know Dominos can do better!!!

So to be clear, the 5 stars is a “Domino’s rating” (vs other Domino’s restaurants and similar competitors)…. Because in a world of restaurants, let’s be honest…no Domino’s would really be 5 stars vs Ruth’s Chris, Roy’s, and other high-end fine dining establishments. So congrats to this location for earning my highly coveted “Domino’s rating”, which is given bc they are fast, clean, friendly and the pizza is just as expected, with no surprises. By the way, there are closer Domino’s locations to my home, but I always do carry-out and I pick this location for those reasons. Nice work.

Domino Pizza! 5/5 It’s all the hype and then some. 5/5 Ordered the pizza on the app. $7.99 specials 5/5. 5/5 My Order included thin crust with 3 toppings (spinach bacon and chicken) then $7.89 ordered specialty chicken with bacon and tomato 5/5. Tracking on the app 5/5. Totally awesome. 5/5 Order was ready when promised. 5/5 quality of the food was great. 5/5 Thanks Cody for preparing my order. 5/5 Great customer service when I picked up my order. 5/5 Easy app. 5/5 Clean inside and outside. 5/5 I highly recommend this location. Pizza tasted great good flavor not burned not under cooked. Perfect thin crust and fresh ingredients. The speciality chicken was awesome plenty of bacon and tomato. Really awful! My pizza took over an hour to arrive, and when I opened the box, it looked like the driver had been playing frisbee with it — everything pushed to one side. It was a tasteless, dried out mess.

They like to text and harrass you if you leave a bad review. When we ordered it took over an hour for our pizza and were held on hold for a long time but still tipped 10 dollars so we did one of the after delivery feedback which wasn’t good but wasn’t any name calling or anything like that, and then we got text from one of the employees to our personal phone harassing us, awful people, awful company, awful management, hope these people get what they deserve.

Maybe not this location if you’re wanting pizza. We had served up everyone’s plates and our 7 yr old started asking why he had a dead fly in his pizza. We didn’t think he was serious but as it turned out he did have a dead fly in the middle of his pizza slice. After calling the store back to report, the manager told us he wasn’t sure what he could really do for us and he would need to contact someone higher up than himself. So no refund, no replacement sent over, and no pizza bc god knows if they let more slip in the rest of the pizza
