Earlier today I ordered a pizza from Domino’s, and while the overall taste of the pizza was enjoyable, I had a disappointing experience. Upon digging into my veggie pizza, I discovered a piece of plastic embedded in the cheese. This unexpected and concerning discovery greatly affected my enjoyment of the meal. I couldn’t help but feel relieved that the plastic was in my slice and not in the hands of my children.

The driver must have made the delivery at the wrong address. I specifically asked the guy who took my order to have the driver give me a call upon arrival. I waited and waited, my pizza never arrive – my phone was in my palm at all time and I received no call either. Bad business. No more Domino’s Pizza for me.

I ordered online for delivery. Everything was moving a long well until 5:55pm when it came out of the oven for the quality check. I called 3 times starting at 7:55 since I had not gotten my pizza not was their movement in the process. All 3 times I was hung up on. It is now 8:43 as I am typing this. I still have not yet gotten my pizza. It is still in the quality check phase. I just want my money back, but no one will answer and speak with me. Edit: it is not 10/11/22 and I still have not gotten my pizza, a refund, or anything.
