Delivery arrived 45 mins after ETA, pizzas were cold, one came half-ruined. I tried to call the store but was never able to speak to a human. Not happy but if I’m honest, I’ll probably end up ordering again from here cuz its the wife’s favorite.

Ordered at 9:45pm and according to the tracker, our food went under the heat lamps, aka quality check, at 10:18pm. We did not get our food until 11:25pm and we were staying 3 miles from the restaurant. The chicken carbonara had next to zero alfredo sauce on it and both of our medium pizzas were cold and dried out when they arrived.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m very disappointed with the lady who has a bad attitude even though I buy a lot of pizza from there! She put her foot on top of the counter while doing the cashier, that’s disgusting! And it is not professional to be rude and disrespectful to the customer! I should never buy here again. Domino’s has really improved in recent years. This location is fast and friendly. I appreciate the great service. Ordering on the app is effortless. The buffalo chicken pizza is good and they even have gluten free options. The little extra touches, like paper plates and napkins, are a nice idea. The prices are fair. I will be back.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. This location made me delete the app, so many other & better places to get pizza then dominos. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM DOMINOS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! weeknight, hungry kid and my food took 2 hours. Came cold and I didn’t even want it at that point. Called the store for my order to be cancelled and a refund. The app was showing my order was in quality check for over an hour and they could seem to careless. Was told the driver was a few minutes out. Lies they told just to get me off the phone. Waited another 20 min. Tried to go through the compare website and it asks a million questions that has no relevance to my concern just to open a case for a call back.
