This is the worst domino’s location I have ever encountered. Recently moved to the area, I live about 5 minutes away, and yet my last three orders have taken over an hour to complete. It’s not all bad, because I know that every time I order on the app I’ll get 60 free points because they will mess something up…. but it shouldn’t be that way. The people that work here seem like good folk, I’ve unfortunately had to chat with a number of them about missing or incorrect orders.. but they are nice enough when you can actually get someone on the phone, so I don’t understand why they can’t get correct orders out at a reasonable time.

I made an order at this establishment at 7:51 pm and it is now 9:00 pm. I called Dominos and it turns out that they only have one delivery person who is on a bike. I was told that all delivery orders keep getting reset and would be delivered asap.

I have made an order 3 times and every time I order and pay for it my order is canceled by the manager citing no help, after they cancel the order then it takes days to get my refund. This is not a good business practice and I would be without the ability to eat had I not had more funds in my acct. Dominos needs to be more mindful and transparent with their communication regarding whether or not they can take an order.

I used to order from here a couple times a month but my last order was missing the barbecue wings I ordered. When I called they said the best they could do is give me 50% off my best order or wings. To be clear I fully paid for barbecue wings, never received them, and they want to make me pay even more money to get the wings I already paid for. Avoid this place.

I hate that every time I try and order online from this location my order is canceled by a team member because there is never any drivers in. I kinda wish that this location never came to be because now I can’t order dominoes online anymore. Maybe the less locations built, the better.
