The food is good there it really is the problem is you can’t speak to a person there, ever. 2 separate times I was placed on an automated hold and just left there. The second time I was on hold for over 45 minutes while I drive up there still on hold and walked in a little bit livid. They were just cleaning up the store without a care in the world everyone oblivious to the fact a customer was holding and now angry. Do yourself a favor if it can’t be ordered and paid for strictly through the app then don’t waste your valuable time on this Domino’s.

The pizza is delicious always fresh, pasta dishes as well, the wings however are a NO GO!! I literally was craving wings and after not having theirs for so long I tried them and was very disappointed, they could be cooked longer, more sauce and for the price just totally not worth the purchase. Otherwise great service and good food.

6/24/23- Went into the store Bought a medium thin crust pizza two toppings came out to 12.11. Payed the price and left. Today 6/26/23 my card transaction was updated to double the original price. They double charged me and I been calling the store to speak to the manager since 1:15pm and yet to get in contact. Corporate isn’t answering the phone either. Horrible service. Take your money elsewhere. Unprofessional and dirty. They will steal your money

Ordered delivery, an hour later received a call that there was an incident with the driver and he went home so my options were pick up or cancel my order, I chose to pick up and she said I would get a discount. Went to the store, stood there for a little while and nobody asked me for my name or my order. Girl making the boneless wings just asked if I was here for a pickup and went on about her business. I looked up and the employees were making the food with their bare hands. I left. Tried calling the store to cancel my order and the phone was busy. Had to go back to the store and the manager was there, he canceled my order and when I asked about the gloves he said Dominos doesn’t provide them nor are they required to wear them. Nice. Good to know. No more dominos for me anymore.

Don’t order from this place. They take way too long, order an hour ago and been waiting and yet still driver not here. Trying to call the place and they never pick up. I’m guessing the pizza wouldn’t taste as fresh, even if I get it now, which I doubt I’ll get it anytime now. The worst experience ever.

I’m sure this was probably more lack of employees but Friday night I placed an order for 3 pizzas and only received 2, one of which was flipped over and damaged. I tried calling the store but the automated message just kept me on hold for 30 minutes. I tried registering the complaint online and it offered me the option of a free pizza in the future or 20% off the next order. It then asks if your satisfied, to which I replied no and it suggests I call the store again.

They’ve messed up my order often. It doesn’t matter that the order stays the same.. normally they fix it and I’m on my merry way, but they’re new hours have them closing at 8pm. I found this out when I picked up my order, at 8pm.

Horrible, Horrible order at 8:45pm I just got my order after 11am . The tracker showed it being in quality at 9:03pm so my order sat there for 2 hours and it taste so. The sandwich is so hard you could break a window it is over heated dry and just plain nasty. The 2 pizza’s are hard and gross. But finding hair in one of them threw it over the top. I’ve called and called and the recording says the phone line is not working they use that recording before. I am getting ahold of somebody in district this is a horrible way to treat your customers and this is not the first time. You do no without customers you have no business. I wish it would have let me do no stars but I had to do 1 .
