We order several times a month and because I’m lazy, we have it delivered. The delivery staff is always pleasant and courteous. A few late pizzas but I don’t mind since the place is always busy right when rush hour hits and they are so apologetic for things that they can’t control.

This pizza took 2 hours to be sent out for delivery. About an hour and a half after my order was placed I attempted to cancel my order by calling the store. No one answered and I was left on hold for 20min before finally giving up. The estimated delivery time was only 35-45min so I don’t understand what issues they were facing. However, answering the phone would have simply resolved my issue rather than sending me a cold pizza that was uncut hours later. Also, the driver called to say it had been delivered to my door before even showing up to my house, so that was a new one for me. 10/10 do not recommend this location for service. If you have to order from here only do carry out or be prepared to be disappointed like never before.

Been ordering here for 10 years, staff is normally excellent. App says delivery currently not available. Calls are apparently outsourced to a different country. Asked to be transferred to this location directly, only to wait for about 20 mins and the woman hang up on me. Certainly feels like dominos wishes to repel my money.

If there could be negative stars I would give them to this place. I pay $46 for my order and my order didn’t get made till after I ask them if my order was ready. 20 minutes after. Great service. 45min waiting for my order. There’s one guy who apologized for the delay on the order and gave us some free stuff.. one out of 5 employees.

We have always had issues with this location but tonight takes the cake. Placed our order. About 20 minutes later we got a phone call saying the delivery would be an hour and a half so we could wait or come in or “I would be happy to cancel the order for you”. I told her no thank you, we can wait. 45 minutes later, the order was CANCELLED? I’ve been waiting for someone to answer for about 15 minutes now and don’t expect to get an answer. I was happy to wait and they called to ask if I wanted to, so I’m not sure why my order was cancelled even after saying I’m willing to wait
