The service and employees were fine. But the taste and quality of the products we ordered wasn’t good. We eat domino’s all over the country. I have never really been disappointed in the taste and quality of the food. The pizza was dry and didn’t taste well. The wings sauce didn’t taste as good as it usually does and the skin on the chicken was really thick and rubbery where it wasn’t inviting to eat. We couldn’t even chew it enough to break it down. It tasted worthless to eat with such an expensive cost. It was disappointing. Not sure if it was old product, bad product choices or what the issue was with this experience.

I placed a large order yesterday (25 pizzas). It was a government purchase which required paperwork that had to be completed. The manager at the store was great and she was able to sign the paperwork needed after a quick call with the GM. The store had my complete order ready on time. The overall value and customer service received was great. I would reccommend this location for large orders in the future.

Been here twice and my order has been messed up both times. 1st visit one pizza had the wrong sauce, decided not to bother about telling them since I was already home and accidents happen. 2nd visit I checked the pizza before I left and one pizza had no sauce at all. Went back in, they were professional and made a new one. Almost screwed up the new pizza though, I watched them add a topping after pizza was cooked because they forgot it. Check your pizzas before you leave.

Ordered LG Philly Cheese steak thin crust. Looked great until we started eating, only had a couple of pieces of meat. Called and was transferred to store manager. Nothing resolved. Will never order from Domino’s again.

I ordered some cinnamon twists, garlic twists and a medium pizza. My marinara and icing was forgotten, no biggie. Once I opened my food I realized I was given two boxes worth of breadsticks and no cinnamon twists. I called and they got my cinnamon twists to me, even after closing. Really friendly and wonderful staff.

Every time time we call here we are connected with the call center, not the actual store. When we give our address there’s an internal error and when they proceed to connect us with the store, the call disconnects. Just today, we’ve called 3 times and each time we’ve been disconnected. We will no longer be ordering from dominos here and take our business else where unless they can figure out a proper way to have customers call the direct store line (not customer call line). Such a shame because we like dominos everywhere else we lived.
