We were served this burned pan pizza on 8/8/23 at 8:05pm. Alex the manager told us that is how all the pan pizzas are.. so disgusting at this location. We have gotten pan pizzas from other Domino’s that were cooked and not burnt so don’t know why they continue to serve at such low standards at this Orange Grove Rd. Location. Rude staff and burned pizza, the photo speaks for itself and not buying that all customers enjoy pizza that looks like this. Do better!!!

Called to place an order, if u press 1 your call is sent over seas, and if u call the wrong locatiqn u r not informed. So when your order is wrong and yqu get put on hold for 20 minutes bounced to 2 other locations, only to get princess Katy, a manager who lives in a magical world of sunshine and rainbows. When I’m in the mood for pizza, Domino’s is my go too. I always order delivery. And have only had one experience where my food was late. Honestly I think I was just “Hangry” at that moment. But even still, they totally made up for it. There drivers are always friendly and polite. Most of the time earlier then stated. And that’s so appreciated. And can’t beat the prices. Great job Dominoes. Thanks for being so awesome!
