Ordered a large pizza and an order of the loaded tots for pick up. When I got home realized pizza was cold and undercooked the tots where over cooked and burnt. Can’t believe they let this leave the store like this. What happened to caring about quality everytime

Although most of the time ordering from this location hasnt been an issue, last night changed that. I went in with a 50 dollar bill to pay for my meal, and was denied. My total was 29 and change. So they should give me 20+change. Easy enough. They claim they wont take 50s because it creates a security concern. How you might ask? Me too! The 50 presumably would be checked for authenticity, the. Placed in a safe. That safe doesnt become less secure becauae of what is inside it. The metal doesnt become less rigid. A hole doesnt magically appear. No you give me change the money goes in the safe everyone wins. Infact you are now more secure because you have less cash in your till for someone to easily rob you of. The safe is time locked, the till is not. The 50 would be secure while the 20, 5 and 4 ones I provided would be lifted. You’re policy and thus argument is a falicy.

I honestly never had issues with this place until they tried charging me extra for no reason. About a month ago I made an online order for delivery. Paid. Didn’t add tip because I wanted to tip in person. So, I pay. Get my stuff delivered. The whole order was wrong. But whatever it wasn’t such a big deal
