Ordered pizza for delivery to meet at the church they always meet me at since I live in the village. The manager called back on his personal line and said I have to come pick it up which wasn’t a problem. I called back to pay half on my card and the manager Said to pay in store that he had already left so I called the store itself. A lady answered said “thank you for calling domino’s we are closed and hung up.” I called back a guy answered said I was calling a personal line and hung up so I called the store a third time and he answered and I said “I’m trying to pick up my order why do you guys keep hanging up on me” and he replied with “because you keep calling.” I Said “if you guys wouldn’t keep hanging up I wouldn’t continue to call.” I asked why he was so rude he said “your pizzas here you can pick it up and pay for it or you can not and we’ll just get rid of it” and I asked his name and he replied with “oh my God” and hung up on me AGAIN! And it says they’re open until 1am but they close at 10pm. But when that was told to me the manager said it was okay that they would wait the time for me to get there from the village of oak creek. That location is more than rude, and I cannot believe the customer service that was displayed. I’m so offended. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning first thing!

Ordered online with good tip added. Delivery person showed up with my two large two topping pizzas sideways. I asked him to open the boxes and pizza was folded in half. Delivery person gave me an issue for my request in getting a pizza that wasn’t destroyed. Called store what happened. Took over two hours in total, pizza arrived, they sabotaged my order by pouring excessive salt on both pizzas. Throughout this whole experience I was respectful and nice. After trying an inedible pizza, called them back to let them know I will never order from this location. Pure abuse, I know dominos and this was a toxic experience.

Placed an order at 8pm. Pizza was being prepped at 8:07pm. It’s currently 9:30pm and they won’t answer their phone either. We got in later on a Sunday. We just needed a quick meal delivered since most places were closed or delivery wasn’t available. We can’t even get through to cancel our order.

!!!!M.A.G.G.O.T.S.. M.A.G.G.O.T.S!!! I ordered an 8 piece wings/.2 large pizzas & bit into a hot wing but it was very chewy & didn’t taste right. I then examined the chicken & saw what looked like a maggots piled inside the end of my chicken. Then called & demanded my refund but manager (JOHNATHAN) on duty was not helpful/cooperative (gaslit me about the whole situation) and was trying only to refund my wings since he “could not refund my whole order” but i was not satisfied with my WHOLE order. I mean who can be after eating maggots. Hung up mid conversation & didnt answer when called back but answered quickly with another phone. I then had to drive back into Sedona to “prove” it was maggots & demand my WHOLE refund just for him to say he can cancel the transaction on my card. Its not about the money, its the PRINCIPLE!! Do better

This place use to be good under the old manager, now it’s the worst. I call and it usually has to ring for 5 mins before someone picks up. Then when I do pickup they don’t have drivers available to deliver. Pizza is usually wrong 50% of the time.

I ordered at 7:40 and nothing arrived an hour and a half later. So I call multiple times after being charged and no answer, so I go down to the store to find out they skipped the deliveries to do the walk ins and that the delivery driver just didn’t want to deliver? What kind of place are you running here?
