I normally have a great experience in this location but last night the assistant manager Jacob had a huge chip on his shoulder! We missed the driver when they got to the house! Jacob refused to have it sent back , I admit I did not hear them show up but I did not need to be treated like I was beneath him! The pizza was really good, but why i gave this store 5 stars is because of an employee by the name of Chelsea (and her manager ) She was very professional and on a personal level our dog just went missing and we asked if we could hang a flyer. We were disappointed that we were refused due to policy. Chelsea asked if she could have the flyer long enough to photograph it to post on social media. We are so grateful

Unbelievable! I ordered 3 large pizzas YESTERDAY for my sons school party at 1pm today. His teacher contacted me that the pizzas were still not there at 1:15pm. I called the store and the managers excuse was “well sorry we didn’t expect to be busy it’s the next delivery”. So I order 24 hours in advance and you don’t see that order as soon as you open this morning? So when I asked him that and why as a “manager” he didn’t plan better and get the ahead order out before the call in or online orders being placed today his response again was “I can’t plan it I didn’t know we would be busy”…..what? Your a manager and that’s your response? Not a apology or anything just an attitude because I’m sure he’s some young punk. Then he hung up on me when I asked for the store managers information!!! But who cares about the customer right, I mean you got your payment yesterday! UPDATE: My husband just went over there to just pick up the pizzas so the kids can get them and the store is wide open, phones are ringing and absolutely NO ONE is there. He called police dispatch over. This location is unreal.

The night shift last night apparently had 4 drivers call in so I had to wait 2 hours for my pizza and when it got here my drink was missing and all the food cold I called they offered to remake the food today but I don’t want that at all I want a refund but the general manager said the process is gonna take long …. so who knows how long until this store figures out my problem
