Last 2 times I’ve ordered online, the driver went to the wrong address. The first time I was able to flag down the driver to tell him he was at the wrong address. Last night the driver tried to call my phone but it was on silent, I did see the text come through and answered the text message stating that he was…..again….at the wrong house and told him where to go. No response. I texted again asking if I was going to get my food and the response was “No, I already left. You need to call the store” How hard is it to read the correct address on the order and go to the correct house? My house number is right on my mailbox in bold lettering. Will never order from this location again. Very disappointing. I can understand if Farmington was a big city, but it’s not.

I would not recommend this place. I understand the mistake and fixed it five times on the online ordering but we were having an issue with the online ordering, and when it went through it was wrong we didn’t notice the error until we got home. When we tried to call with the error we kept being told there was nothing that can be done I asked for a refund and again was told there was nothing that can be done. I tried to explain that we wouldn’t have ordered what came up because of food allergies and again nothing. Then was told that the GM would call. I would have taken the order back for the correct one but they would not work with us.

If you can’t break $100 bucks what’s the point!!!!!!!!!! Man, and you all were my place to go for pizza!!! Yeah, I won’t be ordering carry out any more. Papa Johns was more accommodating and broke my BILL$100! #papajohns thanks guys! Pizza was delicious!

If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is terrible and I was treated rather rudly after I ordered a meal omitting an item due to an allergy. Meal showed up with requested item to be omitted, not ommited. A hospital visit is not something I wish to have happen due to neglegence or illiteracy. Beware if you have specifications for your meal!!

Consistantly fast delivery and tasty food. I’ve never had an issue with this location. Recently placed an order right before a power outage. Staff called me to let me know why there would be a delay with my order. I appreciated this gesture. Delivery people have always been professional and kind.

It’s been about 5 years now and we have never been able to utilize the website for convenient ordering or the advertised discounts/points. We then call the local telephone number and are connected to a national call center that, instead, inform us that delivery is unavailable in our area (even though they have always delivered to us and our entire neighborhood when we are able to contact the local store, which also has a record of our previous orders). We’ve asked every time that they fix this; the corporate office points the finger at the local store and the local store points the finger back at them. The bottom line, is you are part of a franchise and you should be supporting the discounts, conveniences and community support your company so proudly advertises. And hey, Dominos, before you hit me up with your generic response that attempts to deflect bad reviews from this forum to your personal email address, here’s what you can do to get my future five star review…fix this issue; otherwise, Pizza Hut’s online/app works every time.
